
Despite her injuries from a recent fall in Bangkok, veteran Bollywood actress Aruna Irani was spotted singing her iconic track Haal Kaisa Hai Janaab Ka. She has now returned to Mumbai. Two weeks ago, Irani suffered a serious fall while in Bangkok, and disturbing images and a video of her arriving at the Mumbai airport in a wheelchair and using crutches have surfaced online.

Journalist Vicky Lalwani shared a video showing the actress in a wheelchair, wearing a mask and with a bandaged hand, detailing the unfortunate event. He reported, “Aruna Irani had a fall in Bangkok about two weeks ago. After receiving treatment, she has been relying on a wheelchair and crutches. After a period of rest, she made her way back to India. She’s been experiencing significant pain but is now gradually recovering under expert medical care in Mumbai.” As of now, Irani has not publicly commented on the incident.
In the shared video, despite her evident discomfort, she could be heard singing the beloved song Haal Kaisa Hai Janaab Ka from the film Chalti Ka Naam Gaadi, a classic originally performed by Kishore Kumar and Asha Bhosle.

Aruna Irani has appeared in over 500 films spanning Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, and Gujarati cinema, primarily in supporting and character roles. Although she dreamed of becoming a doctor, financial difficulties led her family to prioritize education for only a few of their children, resulting in Irani leaving school after the sixth grade.
She debuted as a child artist in the 1961 film Gunga Jumna, where she portrayed the childhood character of Azra. She later appeared as a young Mala Sinha in Anpadh. Notable films in which she played supporting roles include Farz, Bobby, Fakira, Sargam, Red Rose, Love Story, and Rocky, among others.
